Dr. Anthony Fauchi, a top antiviral scientist in the United States, has urged people not to get vaccinated against corona in a hurry. He warned against rushing to get the corona vaccine without proving it was safe and effective. Speaking to Reuters news agency, he said that hasty vaccination would have a negative impact on other vaccine manufacturing activities as well.
Dr. Fauchi said that no matter how hasty the vaccine, it could cause unimaginable harm if the vaccine is not processed. He said that making the vaccine public without the necessary tests would make it more difficult for other companies to involve people in the trial and would have a big impact on vaccine production.
Earlier, President Trump said he was considering a plan to make the vaccine public without a full test. Doing so would benefit him politically in the November presidential election.

On Saturday, Trump tweeted that the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) was making it difficult for companies to get people involved in vaccination tests. Ten thousand people have participated in the vaccine trial, but the US agency has said that the vaccine will be officially recognized only after testing it in 30,000 people.
The United States has been hit hardest by the world’s highest number of corona infections and deaths. So far, 59,999,575 people have been infected and 183,639 have died.
